5 August 2013

Hello,

So we´ve had another amazing week this past week. It´s really cool to be able to see so many amazing things happen and to see so many miracles.

So we did not end up having the baptism. The problem with was that the husband of the lady who was supposed to get baptized ended up cutting his toes with an electric saw two days before the baptism. So she got completely unfocused on the baptism, and she also still has to stop smoking. She is really struggling with it right now. We are going to talk to her this week to see when she can get baptized, but it´s really starting to take awhile now so I hope that she doesn´t lose sight of the goal.

So we have another awesome investigator that we found while helping some members that are here for vacations, he´s the owner of a small hotel here in Vigo. He´s a really remarkable person and he is a big example for me of charity. Everything he does is to help other people. He often gives discounts to people in his hotel to help them out if the don´t have a lot of money. He also is planning on establishing three other businesses to help out people in South America, and he has plans to make buildings dedicated to helping others as well. He is really remarkable because everything that he does is focused on helping people. I hope that one day I can also devote all my time and efforts to helping out people.

So, our meetings were all really good. I hope that the zone was inspired at the end though. I don´t really know how things were from their point of view. Afterwards I went on exchanges to Ourense, which is a city pretty close to Vigo, however it is quite a bit hotter.

The prettiest part of Spain that I have seen so far would actually have to be a picture of the city of Oviedo (actually the surrounding mountains, not the city itself). After that, the prettiest part of Spain that I have seen would have to be Vigo, There is a gorgeous view sometimes, because it is situated right inside of a bay, with a few islands at the mouth of the bay, and there are mountains surrounding everything. It is really cool.

I honestly wasn´t nervous about the train, in fact right after an accident might be the safest time to travel because everyone is being a little bit more careful.

Well, that´s my time for today, thanks for everything!
